Sunday School
Sunday School is the most important ministry for our kids. Sunday School is chance for kids to learn the truth of God's Word in a way they can understand. We use Lifeway as our source curriculum. Our teachers receive training and are all background checked. Each week kids will come home with a Sunday School review sheet so that you can talk about what they learned and encourage them in their daily walk with Jesus.
Kids 3yrs old (By September 30, and potty trained) thru 6th grade meet in the Fellowship Hall, Building D. Kids will check in at the Check-In desk before heading to their classroom. Kids are picked up and checked out from the same place after Sunday School is over.
Children's Church
Most Sunday mornings we have Children's Church during our 10:30 AM service. Kids will go to the first part of the service and dismiss during the offering time. Children's church is for kids 3yrs old (By September 30, and potty trained) thru 4th grade. We use a Lifeway curriculum which provides kids with a consistent lesson plan and continuity for our teachers. . Our teachers receive training and are all background checked. We provide kids a snack during this time.
Children church meets in the Fellowship Hall; building D. Children are checked in by one of our trained Children Ministry team members. Parents of kids, who are our first-time guests, are welcomed and encouraged to walk over with them. They dismiss after the 10:30 AM service to their parents or family members that checked them in from Fellowship Hall.
Kids Club
Kids Club is an evangelistic and disciple-making program for all kids. There are three components of each Kids Club night. One is Handbook time. Handbook time is where kids learn Bible verses, the Books of the Bible, and how to tell anyone about Jesus. Second, is game time. Game time, well, is a time to play organized games. Kids have a great time, and we tire them out. Finally, we have a story time. Bible story time is the time we share stories from God's word, challenge them in their faith, and teach them a Christian worldview to help them make good choices in their everyday life. Our teachers receive training and are all background checked.
Closely following the school calendar, Kids Club meets at 5 PM on Sunday Nights. Kids Club meets in the Fellowship Hall, Building D, for kids 3yrs old (By September 30, and potty trained) thru 6 th grade. Kids will check in at the Check-In desk before heading to their classroom. Kids are picked up and checked out from the same place after Kids Club is over.
